New York City Transit is accepting applications for track equipment maintainers through April 15 for practical tests scheduled to begin May 31. The minimum salary is $33.84 per hour for a 40-hour workweek, increasing to $39.81 in the sixth year of service. The application fee is $85.
Benefits include night and weekend salary differentials, paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, a comprehensive medical plan and a pension plan.
