On Wednesday, Oct. 12, Mayor Eric Adams joined FDNY leadership to honor the lives of the 18 members of the FDNY who died over the last year at the Firemen's Memorial in Riverside Park. Last week's ceremony was the 115th annual Memorial Day service for members of the FDNY, and was held just weeks after the tragic death of EMS Lieutenant Alison Russo-Elling.
