As a former DC37 member who was promoted to a manager in 2019, I'm disheartened, to say the least. I have not seen any of the pay increases or ratification bonus my DC37 colleagues saw. Our agency has yet to say anything about granting managers work from home privilege and I'm sure it will be the same with the recent announcement of DC37's compressed work schedule. I'd honestly be in a better place if I was never promoted to manager, I don't know why I bothered working hard to achieve this status.
