Five District Attorneys throughout the state have decided not to bring criminal charges against former Gov. Andrew Cuomo for sexual harassment even though they deemed his accusers credible, but that hasn't prevented a legal and political war from erupting over whether either he or the officials who substantiated the claims against him should be disbarred.
The Sexual Harassment Working Group, whose members include several women who have alleged they were harassed by top legislative officials while working in Albany, Feb. 8 wrote the Attorney Grievance Committee there asking it to bring a disciplinary case against Mr. Cuomo aimed at stripping him of his law license.
