TWU Head: Report On Jet Crashes Damns FAA

Boeing’s defective 737 Max jet design was able to get by regulators because the Federal Aviation Administration was too reliant on the jet-makers’ employees to vouch for its safety, according to a multi-national task force.

Last Oct. 29, an Indonesian 737 Max jet crashed, killing 186, and a few months later a 737 Max crashed in Ethiopia, killing 157.
