The Campaign Finance Board said last week that only two candidates qualified for the Democratic mayoral primary debate on Aug. 23: Mayor de Blasio and former City Councilman Sal Albanese.
The board said a third candidate, criminal-justice-reform advocate Bob Gangi, had not raised enough money to qualify, bringing an angry blast from him.
