The 40,000 bus and subway workers represented by TWU Local 100 would receive what the union called “solid annual raises,” a full three months of paid maternity leave and annual cash bonuses, according to a tentative agreement approved by the local’s executive board Wednesday.
The deal, subject to members’ ratification, would also preserve members’ current health care costs and disburse $4,000 in essential worker bonuses.
