Governor Kathy Hochul is calling for the arrests of state correction officers on criminal charges following autopsy results concluding that the fatal beating of prisoner Robert Brooks was a homicide.
The autopsy found that Brooks was killed by compression of the neck and multiple blunt force injuries, according to the attorney representing his family.
