Deputy Chief Michael Marino, who is accused by police whistleblower Adrian Schoolcraft of leading a raid on his apartment that resulted in him being held for six days in the Jamaica Hospital psychiatric ward, has filed for retirement after 35 years on the job, the NYPD confirmed last week.
He will receive a $135,000-a-year three-quarter disability pension, the Daily News reported.
