Mayor de Blasio Feb. 3 announced his nominations for two seats in the Conflicts of Interest Board—Nisha Agarwal, who worked to boost voter registration as a Senior Advisor to the Deputy Mayor, and Wayne Hawley, who previously worked for the Board for 18 years.
The City Council must approve the nominees, who if approved will start April 1.
