Congestion pricing suits jeopardizing MTA projects, authority says

Capital improvements on city subways, buses and commuter rail lines are being slowed or delayed because of court challenges to the MTA’s congestion pricing plan, according to the agency. 

The lawsuits could also imperil some of the $3 billion it’s estimated Local 100 members would derive from working on the capital projects funded by the tolling plan.
