The owner of a New Jersey construction company will spend three months in prison for violating federal safety regulations that resulted in the August 2017 death of a worker killed by a collapsing concrete wall at a Poughkeepsie construction site.
Finbar O’Neill, 57, of Paramus, New Jersey, was also sentenced Friday to one year of supervised release by U.S. Magistrate Judge Paul E. Davison, according to the office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York.
