State Department of Health guidance outlining who should return to work and when following a coronavirus quarantine or isolation is putting others in harm's way, the president of the Public Employees Federation said.
The Health Department March 28 sent guidelines summarizing conditions by which essential workers such as public-health personnel, utility operators, transportation workers, law-enforcement and emergency-response personnel could return to work “if needed to maintain essential operations.”
