New Jersey beginning Oct. 18 will require all school personnel and members of the state workforce to be fully vaccinated or submit to regular testing at least once a week.
"This order applies to all public, private, and parochial preschool programs, elementary, and secondary schools, including charter and renaissance schools," Gov. Philip Murphy told reporters Aug. 23.
