Timothy Dymond, a former Bronx Police Officer who 12 years ago became a State Trooper and eventually was promoted to Senior Investigator, last month was elected president of the New York State Police Investigators Association.
Also getting a three-year term was William Sheets, a 14-year veteran of the State Police, as secretary/treasurer. NYSPIA represents 1,200 Senior Investigators and Investigators within the Bureau of Criminal Investigation of the State Police.
