Governor Cuomo last week named his Chief of Staff, Melissa DeRosa as his top aide, with the title of Secretary to the Governor.
She replaces William J. Mulrow, who returned to the financial firm Blackstone Group. He has committed to be chairman of Mr. Cuomo’s 2018 re-election campaign.
