Food service workers represented by UNITE HERE Local 100 rallied outside of the Federal Reserve building in lower Manhattan last week in support of cafeteria workers inside who have been working on an expired contract since February.
Cafeteria employees at the Fed building on Liberty Street work for Sodexo, a major food-service contractor that holds billions of dollars in federal government contracts.
