So is Rod Rosenstein, the Deputy Attorney General whose scalp some Republican Congressmen have called for in the wake of the memo concocted by U.S. Rep. Devin Nunes, Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, claiming to have unearthed a plot by high-ranking Justice Department officials—including one with whom Mr. Rosenstein had frequent professional contact-- to deny Mr. Trump the 2016 election.
