To the editor:
Forget Project 2025, here is Trump’s real agenda
People are giving President Trump way too much credit for implementing a sophisticated, well-planned far- right agenda. He is not capable of that.
He is a cartoon character, a juvenile delinquent, a would-be king, a proto-fascist punisher of trad Americans, a fantasy futurist, a prevaricator president capable of only extremely simplistic thinking.
Here are his top ten agenda items for the people.
1. Make America White Again (MAWA).
2. Get Rich Illegally While in Office. (GRIWO)
3. Corrupt as Many Republicans as Possible (CAMRAP).
4. End Regulation and Taxation of the Aristocratic Class (ERTAC)
5. End Benefits for Us Commoners (EBFUC)
6. Stop Vaccinating Ordinary People (PVOP)
7. Marginalize the Pope and Replace Jesus (MPARJ)
8. Divide the Nations Among Powerful Autocrats (DNAPA)
9. Start Civil War in the Cities (SCWIC)
10. End Democracy and Start Kingship (EDASK)
Traditionally, the President serves at the pleasure of the people, the Congress and the Constitution. He serves the interests of others, not himself. That presidency is gone, possibly forever.

Kimball, thank you for your concise and comprehensive letter stating the evil and treasonous goals of the Trump agenda. It is truly shocking that the Republicans in Congress, knowing that Trump is a narcissistic, malicious traitor to our nation, support and even praise Trump and the worst of the Trump agenda. While, as you say, the presidency may be gone forever, an overwhelming victory for the Democrats in the midterm elections can give hope to our democracy. Those who still support Donald Trump deserve no respect, and we cannot in good conscience treat them as honest, moral people. Personally, I think racism is an essential element and motivator for the Trump cult. One way or the other, we will have to conduct/fight another civil war to straighten out our nation, support all Americans, and correct and protect our criminal justice system.

In response to your absurd and propagandistic essay, I can only say that if you genuinely believe your propagandist essay, you are in need of both medical and spiritual help. On the other hand, Gorman should be cautious about what he advocates, as an all-out civil war in the US will ultimately restore the republic, not destroy it. In fact, America’s Founding Fathers established that those convicted of treason would be punished by death via hanging or imprisonment, which I believe Gorman has overlooked.

Fourteen January 6 defendants were convicted of or pleaded guilty to seditious conspiracy, a Civil War-era charge targeting plots to use force to oppose the lawful transfer of presidential power.
These defendants were members and leaders of two far-right extremist groups the Oath Keepers and the Proud Boys.
Trump pardoned all 14 of these traitors who , as Word Man correctly notes, should have been sentenced to death or given life in prison, without parole.

Cannisi continues his farcical distortion of the truth to advance his political agenda and undermine President Trump.
Cannisi, a propagandist, distorts facts. On January 20, 2025, President Donald Trump commuted the sentences of Proud Boys and Oath Keepers, citing their sentences as “ridiculous and excessive.” The Trump administration framed the original January 6 prosecutions as a grave national injustice and a weaponization of federal agencies by political rivals, claiming clemency would promote national reconciliation.
(The Trump administration’s DOJ vacated the convictions in April 2026, and "federal judges dismissed the cases in July 2026, erasing the seditious conspiracy charges.)
As evident, Cannisi’s version of the Trump pardons contradicts the facts—in a rather egregious manner.

Pardons do not vacate convictions. Pardons remove punishment for criminal acts. As Sica noted in his first comment (as Word Man), our Founding Fathers believed sedition to be a capital crime punishable by death or life imprisonment. No president, other than Trump, would have pardoned the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys. And, only a traitor would accept or defend such pardons.

Joe Biden’s legal advisors believed that pardons would protect his corrupt administration from future prosecution. Consequently, he issued “preemptive Pardons” to his dishonorable allies before they faced charges. Among those pardoned are Hunter Biden, Dr. Anthony Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley, and members of the unprincipled January 6th Congressional Select Committee. Biden’s pardons are numerous, including unconditional preemptive pardons to multiple family members. Former President Joe Biden and his administration should have been held accountable for their treasonous actions, potentially facing charges of treason. In essence, Biden’s mental capacity to govern effectively was compromised, leaving him vulnerable to the influence of his courtiers.

The below statement regarding the legal status of someone receiving a presidential pardon comes directly from the DOJ's website:
"Expungement is a judicial remedy that is rarely granted by the court and cannot be granted within the Department of Justice or by the President. Please also be aware that if you were to be granted a presidential pardon, the pardoned offense would not be removed from your criminal record. Instead, both the federal conviction as well as the pardon would both appear on your record."
It seems Word Man/Robert Sica is NEVER right.

It is evident that you lack legal knowledge, so I will provide you with an explanation regarding the following :
question:
Can a federal judge dismiss seditious conspiracy charges and invalidate existing convictions?
Answer:
Yes, a federal judge has the authority to erase seditious conspiracy charges or throw out existing convictions if the Department of Justice (DOJ) requests the dismissal of the case.
Addendum:
By Mary Kay Mallonee, CNN
A federal judge on Friday dismissed the seditious conspiracy case against several Proud Boys members — granting a request from Trump’s Justice Department and undoing one of the Biden administration’s most celebrated victories against those whom it said inspired the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on American democracy.

Regarding your “last post” of disinformation, Cannisi, you get one point for using the idiom “it seems,” which is an indication that something appears to be true, but you are not absolutely, 100% certain….keep plugging away, Cannisi, someday you could hit the bullseye….but I doubt it….

As I said in my second post, only traitors to this country would accept or defend pardons for seditionists. Sica is a traitor, period.

A last thought - when a criminal is in charge of the law, there is no law. That is the state of the law under the Trump-run DOJ. - See Trump's agenda items # 2, 3, 9 & 10 listed in Mr. Shinkoskey's letter.
