To the editor:
Nassau Country Executive Bruce Blakeman, who is a MAGA supporter and a Trump follower, is currently campaigning to be the next Governor for New York State.
Meanwhile former disgraced president of the Correction Officers' Benevolent Association Norman Seabrook, who was convicted of a felony for embezzling and losing $20 million of his members' money, so he could receive a kickback of $60,000 along with a handful of cheap cigars in a Ferragamo bag, is heavily persuading his Instagram followers to vote for Bruce Blakeman.
To anyone who is considering taking the advice of this morally bankrupt felon who is due to return back to federal prison so he can finish out the remainder of his sentence, I would like to warn them that the only reason Norman Seabrook is prompting up Bruce Blakeman are for two reasons: he's hoping to receive a presidential pardon and be offered a job in politics.
In conclusion, I say to all New York City and New York State voters, who are either considering voting for Mr. Blakeman or are undecided, see what the Trump administration has so far done to our entire country, putting us all in severe peril by expediently transforming our democracy of checks and balances into a tyrannical and illegal regime.
If we the people of New York elect Bruce Blakeman as our future Governor, we might as well elect Donald Trump as our state's ruler and sit back and watch him terminate thousands of city and state employees, while ridding us of our pension plans, dangerously downgrading our insurance and God knows what else.
Celestino Monclova
Monclova is a former correction officer who ran against Seabrook for the Correction Officers' Benevolent Association's top post in 2012.

I disagree wholeheartedly with Monclova. I do not know if Monclova allegations of a quid pro quid for norman seabrook are true and frankly i dont care. I do know i will never vote the pure evil hocul stands for. Raising taxes gun control unwavering support for a communist mayor and anti Christian anti Semitic mayor. Putting illegals needs above citizens needs just to name a few flaws. The bail reform bs which allows crimminals especially thieves to get away with endless crimes. Favoring perverts to teach children in schools. Just a few reasons I will vote for blakeman over hocul.

Mr. Monclova, in the first paragraph of your letter, you’ve convinced me to vote for Bruce Blakeman. I appreciate the information you provided.

To Word Man: Go right ahead & vote for Blakeman and when he hands over our fragile economy to Donald Trump & we have little or no: government aid, social security & pension benefits, as he jacks up taxes on the hard working, just remember: you were warned.

Reading these comments is amazing. Not only can so many not know how to spell, or put a thought together, but you dont even know the playing field. Love or hate Trump, or Mamdani or Hochul, at least know what youre talking about. My favorite was the one who said Trump will jack up our taxes. You do realize, taxes in blue states are the highest in the country due to liberal democratic policies. I'm not saying taxes will go down, but cutting unnecessary bs certainly doesnt necessitate raising them. Turn off MSNBC
