Martin (Marty) L. Strongin, responsible for advertising sales at The Chief and a longtime account executive for several newspaper companies in New York City and elsewhere, passed away Sept. 23.
An astute appraiser of readers’ inclinations and advertisers’ needs, Marty was an indispensable part of The Chief team since January 2019.
