A Local 100 official ousted from his position in union leadership after intervening in a love triangle involving three bus operators says his removal was the result of retaliation from the union's top leaders.
J.P. Patafio, the former vice president of Transport Workers Union Local 100’s surface division, was removed from his position Aug. 26 and placed in "bad standing” for three years following a judicial hearing 11 days earlier.
