Three former Rikers corrections officers, an ex-inmate and others connected to the island penal colony have been sentenced to prison terms for conspiring to smuggle fentanyl, marijuana and other contraband in exchange for thousands of dollars in bribes, federal authorities said.
Ex-COs Jason Skeet, Chantal De Los Santos and Stephanie Davila; a former inmate, Kristopher Francisco; an ex-program counselor at Rikers, Shanequa Washington; and a former contractor at the prison, Kenneth Webster, were given sentences ranging from 12 months to 41 months by U.S. District Judge Lorna G. Schofield.
