The former longtime president of the United Probation Officers Association must repay the union nearly $685,000 and also forfeit $750,000 following his guilty plea earlier this year to defrauding the union of funds he used to pay for jewelry, lavish vacations, luxury meals and a relative’s college tuition.
Dominic Coluccio, 75, was also sentenced to three years of probation, the first two confined to his home, as well as 300 hours of community service.
