Federal prosecutors unveiled felony conspiracy charges against two former NYPD officers that accuse the duo of stealing cash and keys from a brothel and then returning hours later to grope and steal money from a sex worker.
On a muggy July day in 2024, police officers Justin McMillan and Justin Colon responded to a 311 complaint about a brothel operating inside a residential building in Jackson Heights. According to federal prosecutors, after arriving at the building, the officers turned off their body cameras and stole cash and a building key from the wallet of a woman who had just exited.
