The owner of a Bronx-based construction company faces felony charges for wage theft from 10 employees who worked on an Upper West Side high-rise project, the Manhattan District Attorney’s office announced.
Kendis Paul and his company, KEP Construction, were hired as subcontractors on several construction sites, including on a 23-story high rise project at 270 West 96th St., from September 2023 to February 2024.
