'Broken windows' or more?

Posted

To the editor:

Machiavellian former FBI director James Comey was indicted for posting “86 47.” The DOJ is also investigating E. Jean Carroll for lying under oath about the financial backing for her lawsuit against Donald Trump. Is the DOJ implementing Rudy Giuliani’s “broken windows” strategy, or is it something more significant?

The radicals’ predictable reaction is evident. They’ve stopped shouting, “No one is above the law,” and are now behaving as if their anthill has been kicked. The lefties are howling that Trump is wasting federal resources on personal vendettas, while hoping we forget Merrick Garland and Jack Smith.

Despite their protests, the investigations are crucial. A subversive conspiracy has been underway for over a decade, aiming to undermine our constitutional right to choose our leaders. The Comey and Carroll infractions are just the beginning.

Donald Trump’s 2015 candidacy sparked a conspiracy, as an outsider couldn’t disrupt the D.C. political scene.

The FBI and DOJ, acting as deep state conspirators, were involved in the Russian collusion hoax. Their goal was to sabotage Trump’s campaign by surveilling him and spreading false rumors before the election, but Mr. Trump won anyway.

After Trump’s first election, conspirators tried to overturn our choice. They launched a special counsel investigation (engineered by James Comey) on a false premise. Congress impeached Trump twice, based on rumors and innuendo. But Mr. Trump prevailed.

Rudy Giuliani implemented the “broken windows” strategy to restore order to New York City, which had been neglected by the Democrats. By punishing minor offenses, he successfully deterred delinquents from committing more serious crimes.

More importantly, without a statute of limitations shield, James Comey, John Brennan, James Clapper, Letitia James, Jack Smith, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page and others must “fess up.”

So the insurrection we saw on TV was "rumors and innuendo?" Trump wasn't trying to take away our right to choose our leaders when he urged the insurrectionists to attack Congress to stop certification of the election he lost?

Sounds like you are talking about the current resident of the Whit House. Your letter is a fantasy.

Word Man, your continued irrational defense of “47” is irrational and limitless. Thanks for your unintentional humor!

This letter is nothing more than right-wing propaganda intended to convince readers that Trump has legitimate reasons to prosecute his enemies. Trump doesn't have any reason beyond taking revenge against those who had the audacity to hold him to account for his crimes, period, full stop.

A better title for the letter would be "Broken Ego".
