Traffic enforcement agents do deserve a fair raise and upgrades in how pay is disburse over tenure. The job can be very stressful and public can be violent toward them at any time. What the union is asking seems reasonable within contract request. The City should meet many of there demands because a side of a pension and medical which they deserve a guy/girl on a bike can make equal
Or more without the constant violent environment that these workers have day to day. The gut / girl on a bike more than likely make up their schedules and choose when they want to work or and in some cases where they deliver etc…
