To the Editor: What is going to be done about the current state of the administration of the Deferred Compensation Plan?

We cannot get any information about our accounts. The telephone lines are constantly “busy.”

A retired friend has had her RMD withdrawn from her account but not transferred to her checking account. I have not been able to access my account at all since the transition to Voya.

To whom does one complain? Is anyone in charge? Are the unions going to get involved?
