To the Editor: Can Commissioner Cynthia Brann be so unethical as to sell out her own officers for political gain?
On April 24, The New York Times published an article entitled, "In NYC Jail System, Guards Often Lie About Excessive Force." It accused correction officers of falsifying reports and stated that the data it relied upon was supplied by the Correction Department.
