To the Editor: The recent revelation that the Postal Service has been directed to dramatically reduce its levels of service suggests that it will no longer be a reliable partner for absentee voting.
We saw the huge problems its inconsistent postmarking caused in the recent primary, and it looks like this is just going to get worse and worse.
