Is it just us, or does Greg Russ, the incoming Chairman of the Housing Authority, seem reminiscent of Mayor de Blasio’s first Correction Commissioner, Joseph Ponte?
Both took over troubled agencies far larger than anything they’d run in their field. Mr. Russ has said he will be commuting to his family’s home in Minnesota on weekends; Mr. Ponte during his last year at Correction spent 90 days at his home in Maine.
