Teachout's Campaign Gambit: As AG, Would Take Aim at Trump Corruption

Zephyr Teachout announced her long-shot bid for State Attorney General June 5 outside Trump Tower and described how she would use the role to take on President Trump’s corrupt behavior.

The Fordham University Law Professor laid out her plans if elected, including combating corruption in state government, cracking down on corporate scams and monopolies, and advocating against mass incarceration.
