Mary E. Sullivan has been elected to a four-year term as president of the Civil Service Employees Association, which represents roughly 200,000 state, county, municipal, school district, child-care and private-sector employees.
Ms. Sullivan, a longtime union activist, had served out the balance of Danny Donohue term following his retirement in October before her election.
