Already one of “The Strongest,” Sanitation Worker Timothy Moore demonstrated early Monday morning that he was also one of the swiftest.
The 32-year-old had just driven onto the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge on his way to the dump in Staten Island when he caught sight of a car pulled over in the right lane. He then glimpsed a woman who appeared agitated walking nearby.
