To thunderous applause, Governor Cuomo vowed during his State of the State speech Jan. 3 to fight the Republican tax plan just signed into law by President Trump, calling it “an all-out direct attack on New York’s economic future.”
Despite the Federal threat, he said, “the best way forward is to continue the same path that we have been on. Our philosophy rests on two pillars: economic growth and social progress.”
