Unions that represent close to two million Federal workers are hailing President Biden's revocation of three 2018 executive orders by then-President Trump that threatened to limit due process while restricting collective bargaining and union presence in the workplace, and his order setting a $15 minimum wage for those workers and others employed by government contractors.
Just 48 hours after being sworn in, Mr. Biden also rescinded an executive order signed by Mr. Trump in the waning months of his tenure to greatly reduce the senior managerial positions across the government covered by civil service.
