A state Correction Officer assigned to Sing Sing was charged Oct. 20 in Ossining Town Court with falsifying medical documents in order to receive 100 days of Workers' Compensation Benefits while collecting $16,000 in wages.
Darquis Wright between March 2018 and September 2019 claimed he sustained multiple injuries in three separate incidents: to his left shoulder and lower back on March 24, 2018; to his right hand and wrist on Feb. 12, 2019, and to his right knee, back, right hand and left shoulder on Aug. 4, 2019.
