Staff organizers with the United Auto Workers have filed an unfair labor practice charge against the union after it declined to renew the employment of one outspoken organizer.
The UAW Region 9A staffers, through their independent union, UAW Staff United, have been locked in negotiations with the UAW for a year and believe the non-renewal amounts to union busting.
