To the Editor: At the end of your Dec. 11 Razzle Dazzle, you point out that after having to resign from the presidency, Richard Nixon partially restored his reputation. You conclude by asking, "Will Mr. Trump and Mr. Giuliani have the willpower to try something similar?"
Now let me make this perfectly clear. For all his faults, Nixon was exceptionally intelligent. He did some good, which is why both Noam Chomsky and Michael Moore refer to him as America's last liberal president. He also had an abundance of knowledge and some wisdom.
