Nurses at Mount Sinai South Nassau rallied recently to speak out against what they described as hospital administrator’s delaying tactics toward a first contract.
Members of the New York State Nurses Association and elected officials held an informational picket Monday outside of the hospital in Oceanside, Long Island, to demand that Mount Sinai officials bargain a fair contract for the facility’s 800 nurses.
