To the Editor: I wonder. Did the insurrectionists backed by Donald Trump believe that he would stand tall and take responsibility for his words and actions that inspired and encouraged them to storm and lay siege to the nation's Capitol on Jan. 6?
After his daily blitzkrieg of lies, hyperbole and machinations, Trump told the mob at the "Save America" rally that the election was stolen and they must fight to "Stop The Steal," when there was no evidence to support that claim.
