You are on point with the statements in this column. This new law should have been place long ago but at least it’s in effect. Employer's will only hope enforcement on these rules will be something like what slumlords face little to no punishment and some how double talk themselves out of punishments of any kind. I hope follow ups on this issue will be published to make sure the laws are actually followed to the letter. Regardless great feed back and let’s hope this corrects some of the injustice to workers.
