To the Editor: Donald Trump's offensive against the United States Military began in the 1960s when he dodged the draft five times. To this day, he continues to fool millions of Americans with his "America First" mantra.
In 2015 candidate Donald Trump stated that Sen. John McCain, a United States Navy pilot who was shot down and held as a prisoner of war in Vietnam for five years, was not a war hero because he was captured, saying, "I like people that weren't captured."
