Please tell Mayor and Police Commissioner to stop the use of illegal arrest quotas in minority neighborhoods. New York State Labor Law Section 215a (forbidding retribution against employees who report labor-law violations) was passed in 2010. Why are the Mayor and Police Commissioner doing so even though it’s illegal statewide? The law applies to everyone in the state and they are not exempt.
Voice your support of the NYPD 12 (officers suing the city over alleged racial quotas) by calling, emailing or tweeting at NYPD Commissioner James P. ONeill and Mayor Bill de Blasio.
