To the Editor: Andrew Cuomo has justifiably been praised for his leadership during the coronoavirus pandemic. His daily briefings, however, should not induce a state of amnesia about his record.
One example was the Public Campaign-Financing Commission, with Cuomo appointees such as Jay Jacobs giving the Governor the "reforms" he wanted. Of course, when the Governor can't control a commission he abolishes it. This was the case with the Moreland Commission, whose mission was to root out corruption.
