To the Editor: President Joe Biden faced off against Vladimir Putin in a critically important summit, and while the meeting was not reported to have produced any big improvements in the relationship, Biden was able to make his positions clear to the Russian president (and “killer” as Biden had previously called him).
He reminded Putin that we have greater cyber-power than any other nation, implying that future cyber-attacks from Russia on 16 vital American power plants would be met with strong retaliation.
