To the Editor: Bob Hennelly’s excellent article in the Sept. 27 Chief-Leader details Court Lieut. Angela Shirlaw’s struggles to gain back the hours of leave time the Office of Court Administration (OCA) stripped from her.
Shirlaw, who worked recovery at Ground Zero after 9/11, suffered cancer that required a double mastectomy.
