To the Editor: As a retired NYPD Lieutenant who worked briefly with NYPD Medal of Honor recipient, Ray Wood, I was relieved to see his daughter, Kelly Wood, expose the outrageous fraud that was promoted by a cousin, Reggie Wood.
After Ray Wood's death, a letter allegedly written by him was made public by Reggie Wood. It claimed the NYPD and the FBI were involved in a cover-up of the murder of Malcolm X in the Audubon Ballroom in 1965.
