Lost Jails First, Then City

To the Editor: As everyone takes notice of how New York City's violent crime skyrockets due to the incompetence and cowardice of de Blasio and Cuomo, cellphone footage by dismayed witnesses shows police officers hesitant to restore order in rioting sectors out of fear of being charged with a crime for doing their jobs, or becoming victims of violent attacks themselves.

The most common question asked: what happen to New York City? Elementary, my dear Watson, it started 12 years ago under the Bloomberg administration, when the two Commissioners appointed to run our jails surrendered them to the inmates.
